Step 1- Surface Preparation & Grinding

This is the most important step. We mechanically grind the concrete surface to open the pores and ensure the epoxy bonds properly. Any cracks or damage are repaired before coating begins. Skip this step and the floor will peel. We never skip it.

Step 2- Epoxy Base Coat

The base coat is applied evenly across the entire surface. For decorative systems, color flake or pigment is broadcast at this stage. We work quickly and methodically to ensure a consistent, professional finish.

Step 3- Topcoat & Cure

A durable polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat is applied to protect the finish and add sheen. The floor is left to cure fully before we hand it back to you. No shortcuts on cure time, ever.
